Happy House Miniatures is a full line retail miniature shop serving the public for more than twenty years. We're located in historic, downtown Mocksville, North Carolina. At Happy House Miniatures, we offer a variety of supplies for your scale model miniature home. We invite you to visit us either in person or through our web site.

Directions:
Mocksville is located approximatly halfway between Winston-Salem and Statesville on I-40. Happy House Miniatures is in the historic section of Mocksville, about three miles south of Interstate 40.
From Winston-Salem:
From I-40W toward Statesville,
Take the FARMINGTON RD exit, EXIT 174.
Turn LEFT onto FARMINGTON RD
Turn RIGHT onto US-158 which becomes Main St. in Mocksville.
Travel 5 Miles to Downtown Mocksville.
Continue past the traffic light at N. Main St. and Gaither St.
Happy House Miniatures is halfway down the next block on the right side of the street.
From Charlotte:
Merge onto I-77 N via EXIT 1C toward STATESVILLE
Merge onto I-40 E via EXIT 51A toward WINSTON-SALEM.
Continue by following directions from Statesville.
From Statesville:
Take I-40E to Exit 168.
Turn right onto Rt. 601.
Follow 601/Valley Road bypass around Mocksville until reaching the traffic signal where 601turns right, 64E is straight ahead, and 158 (S. Main Street) tirns left.Stay in left turn lane.
Turn left at this intersection.
Pass through another traffic signal in the center of town (Court Square)
Happy House Miniatures is halfway up the next block on the left side of the street.
From Raleigh:
Take I-40 W toward WINSTON-SALEM/STATESVILLE.
Follow directions from Winston-Salem
OR
Travel Route 64 W. from Raleigh until you reach the traffic signal where 64, 601, 158 (S. Main St.) converge. Approx. 2 and a half hours.
Turn right. You are now in the historic village of downtown Mocksville.
Pass through the traffic signal in the center of town (Court Square)..
Happy House Miniatures is halfway up the next block on the left.
